Our research covers a wide range of questions concerning how former cranberry farmlands respond to restoration actions. How quickly does wetland function return to soils? How does groundwater discharge change following these actions?

This seminal report entitled “Learning from the Restoration of Wetlands on Cranberry Farmland: Preliminary Benefits Assessment” brings together findings from early restoration projects. It offers a starting point for understanding the ecological changes researchers were observing and the potential benefits of restoration.
